About:
Growing up in Northern California, I consider myself rich in the currency of rocky coastlines and evergreens, and literate in the language of our native creatures. The grandeur of nature has always captivated me; however, after the loss of my father in 2022, the revolving landscapes of the Bay Area have become a looking glass through which I’ve examined my grief and young adulthood.
I am currently residing at Mount Madonna Center in Watsonville, California. Deepening my spiritual practices here in ashtanga yoga and breathwork has inspired me to play with religious themes in my own work. Separating non-secular language from traditional contexts has been a challenging and impactful journey for me as a growing artist.
